In 1999 Jade Logic Building Technologies grew out of Jade Logic, a consulting company. Jade Logic Building Technologies was started to provide a unique mix of comprehensive abilities to building owners and managers from a single source.

Over the years we have grown to include full service and sheet metal departments alongside our controls department. With this combination we can service the full life cycle of your buildings systems from the design stage, to installation, and ongoing preventative maintenance.

In 2019 we moved to our current central location in Waterloo, Ontario to support our ongoing growth and better serve your needs. Our office and shop implement many of the systems and solutions we offer and tours are available to see them firsthand.
